1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

2. Acceptance of Terms

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

4. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the zx88 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or winnings held within them.

When registering your zx88 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. Any misrepresentation of personal details, including name, date of birth, or contact information, constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zx88 account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any account access details with any third party. zx88 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain credential security.

5. Deposits

All deposits to your zx88 account must be made using payment methods accepted by zx88, which currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT. zx88 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

All funds deposited into your zx88 account must originate from a payment source legally owned and controlled by you. Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity, fraud, or any illegal means is strictly prohibited and will be reported to appropriate authorities.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page within your account.
• Deposits are typically credited to your PKR balance in real time or within a few seconds of confirmation by the payment provider.
• zx88 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from your zx88 account will be processed subject to satisfactory completion of identity verification and compliance with all applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.

• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes of approval.
• Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah are typically processed within 1–3 business hours.
• USDT withdrawals are processed to the verified wallet address on file within the timeframes specified on the withdrawal page.

8. Betting Rules

All sports bets placed through the zx88 sportsbook are subject to the applicable sport-specific betting rules published within the Platform. By placing a bet on zx88, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that event and market.

zx88 reserves the right to void any bet in circumstances including but not limited to: palpable error in odds; incomplete events; events settled on erroneous information; or any evidence of match manipulation or corrupt activity affecting the integrity of the event. In the event a bet is voided, the stake amount will be returned to your PKR account balance.

Cricket betting at zx88, including PSL markets, is subject to the cricket betting rules published on the Platform. In-play bets on cricket matches are accepted and subject to the in-play specific rules, including provisions relating to interruptions, weather delays, and revised target calculations under DLS.

9. Casino Games

All casino games offered through the zx88 Casino section — including live dealer games, slots, and table games — are provided by licensed third-party software providers. The RTP (Return to Player) and house edge figures applicable to each game are available within the game interface or provider documentation.

Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game mechanics conducted in real time by trained professional dealers under controlled studio conditions. zx88 does not influence or manipulate game outcomes.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zx88 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated bots, scripts, or software tools to gain an unfair advantage in betting or casino games.
• Collusion or coordination with other players for the purpose of defrauding the Platform.
• Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or pricing errors in bad faith without prompt disclosure to zx88.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus terms.
• Any form of fraudulent activity including but not limited to use of stolen payment credentials, identity fraud, or money laundering.
• Accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where doing so is explicitly prohibited by local law and attempting to circumvent any geo-restriction measures implemented by zx88.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

zx88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where: a player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; a player's account activity raises concerns relating to fraud or money laundering; an account holder is found to be under the age of 18; or where continued operation of the account would conflict with zx88's regulatory or compliance obligations.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, zx88 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the balance within that account pending investigation. Where an account is closed at zx88's discretion without player fault, any available balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

12. Responsible Gaming

zx88 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific services. zx88 shall not be liable for losses arising from such unavailability.

15. Amendments to These Terms

zx88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact information on their account or by prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zx88 is licensed and incorporated.
